  Purchased a sofa and before the the 1 year warranty it's started peeling, they would not honor the warranty and 3 years later I have to replace the garbage we purchased from them. We paid extra for the bonded leather, Don't buy from art van, even if in warranty they won't do anything, and three years later it'll look like this. We have no pets, all under 175lbs.

  The sales people we had were great. Went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted in out budget. But the delivery staff is a whole different beast. A part of our bed was damaged in route to us. It happens no big deal. Delivery guy set me up an appointment for the next day to get a new piece out to me and they took the damaged peice. I was told if I accepted the damaged one they wouldn't switch it out. Lies all lies. I called in to check the time because I couldn't remember what the time frame they told me a few hours after the guys had left and they told me it wouldn't be until January before they could get another one. So I was going to be left with no bed until from mid November to the beginning of January. I got no where with delivery I had to call the store and say I was going to return it before anyone said anything about me getting the damaged part back so we would have a bed for the time being. Then the guys that bring me the new part out of the weekend said that this piece was fine and nothing was wrong. " this footboard is fine ma'am I don't see why you be having us bring you new stuff when this one be fine." That all they kept saying. While one has his pants below his ass with his underwear hanging out hanging on one of the side drawer. I started to cry I was so angry told them to switch it out and I will call the service department to have someone else fix the side drawers. So here it is months after we got our set. Stuff still isn't working. I have to wait 2 more weeks to get it fixed. I have rude people come i n our house and make me cry and I have to keep letting them in to fix the bed so I can use the drawers. The only thing they offered was a $100 gift card to buy something else from them. I can't even use it to pay towards the set we have. Just over the whole mess. I'm sorry but I will not be back and I will not be using a gift card to buy anything else from you guys. I have never had such a problem before. I should have just returned the stuff right off.
