  My entire experience with Feature Presentation was outstanding. I needed several months to decide on the components to upgrade my home theatre. I first met Matt, the owner, at his office in the Spring. I spent a few months doing research on various components, and investigating other companies, including large ones like Best Buy. I contacted Matt again in the Fall. He came to my home to do a site visit, discuss alternatives, and provided a detailed proposal to me. He was available as needed for my follow-up questions. I finally settled on using Feature Presentation, and I'm so glad that I did. Matt recommended components that work extremely well together and were within my budget. Technicians (Franco and Dave) were highly service-oriented while doing the installation, and made themselves available if needed for follow-up Q & A's. Frankly, I couldn't be happier.

  Great customer service!! Matt V. and Franco are the best in town for audio and video. Great customer oriented! Would recommend Feature Presentation to anyone.
