    Short story, pharmacies's staff are to help patients. But this pharmacy did totally the opposite to me. I had to correct the staff mistake and provide them with information about medications and pricing. I ended up NOT getting some of the medications due to "good faith policy"! Totally horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! Came in with a prescription for generic Remeron 15 mg for my friend's dad and with 2 prescriptions for Adderal 10 mg xr and 10 mg ir for myself. Pawan, the technician said he can't dispense Remeron without the patient's ID. I asked him if he was sure about it bc Remeron is not a controlled drug. After a short argument he had to ask the pharmacist, Seema, who told him that he doesn't need the patient ID! For the Adderall, the pharmacist, Seema, said that she can't dispense the XR nor the IR, because of good faith dispensing policy. I asked for her supervisor, store manager assistant Amanda G, who came and repeated the same statement. No further explanation was provided it to me. I tried to explain that I've been on the medication for ADD and Sleep problem, idiopathic Hypersomnia, and I don't have any pill remaining and I would have withdrawal symptoms the next day; but she didn't care! When I was called to pick up the Remero, the price came up different from what should be paid as the patient already purchased Walgreen drug saving annual membership and generic remeron is tier one and it's price is 5$ for 30 pills and 10$ for 90 pills, according to wall green drug saving membership pdf file. Pawan ignore what I said about the membership and the discounted price and told me that he can only get the price on his system. I showed him the membership card but he declined it saying it has no ID number on it. At this point, I felt the drug saving 20 $ annual membership is a scam. I stepped back and called the membership customer service who told me that the technician, Pawan, supposed to apply the discount and charge me 10 $ only. At this point, Pawan called me and told me that he was wrong and the price is 10$ as I told him. Another mistake Mr. Pawan just made- first mistake when he refused to fill up Remeron without the patient ID. So after westing more than hour correcting Mr. Pawan mistakes and making calls to the Walgreen customer service, I waked out with the Remeron, and now need to find a pharmacy that has Adderall in stock so I don't have withdrawal tomorrow. All I can say is that this pharmacy made my day really difficult and did everything they can to NOT help me! PS: I'm a healthy 33 years male with absolutely clean record. Never had any alcohol or drug addiction and that is clear to every pharmacist on the system when it comes to controlled drugs.

    The cashier I had for my visit was extremely disrespectful. Before even saying a word, as I approached the register I was asked if I wanted a pack of cigarettes. When I declined, the cashier proceeded to talk to the guy in front of me (about me) saying, "She thinks she's better than us." He then told me that the item I was purchasing (sour cream) was a strange purchase, and continued to make jokes about it. What was particularly bothersome about this was the fact that I did not engage in any conversation whatsoever with this individual. He just made blatantly rude remarks for no apparent reason. Overall, it was unacceptable customer service.
